Sacred Pause is a deeply immersive somatic healing experience with horses, designed for women in midlife seeking emotional clarity, embodied wisdom and soul re-connection.
Led by Melissa Costello, Equine Facilitated Learning Coach and Counselor of Spiritual Psychology, you’ll engage in gentle, guided interactions with horses—no riding involved—where these intuitive beings become mirrors for your internal world.
As you connect with them, you’ll connect with yourself in ways you never expected. Walk away feel deeply peaceful, clear about your next steps and rejuvenated in your soul.

Sacred Pause is a half-day, private immersion with Melissa Costello, Equine Facilitated Learning Coach and her horses in Santa Barbara, CA.
The Immersion includes:

4-hour healing immersion session with Melissa + the Horses tailored to your specific needs and intentions.
