Join Equine Assisted Life Coach, Melissa Costello, for a soul-nourishing, immersive experience in beautiful Santa Barbara, guided by the healing presence of horses. ​ This 3-hour, in-person experience is specifically designed for women who feel disconnected, burnt out, overwhelmed and in need of deep healing support. Interact with horses on the ground (no riding) to gain insights and renewed confidence, while resetting your frazzled nervous system. Experience a total mind, body and soul reset that you have been craving, but feel too guilty to take for yourself.
